Hi! In round 1 of the adult size pattern, should that be "16 dc in adj ring"?
ReplyDeleteYes, sorry. Rnd 1: 16 dc in adj ring. I will fix that. Thank you
DeleteHi! This hat is really cute, and I'd love to make matching ones for my husband and son. I have a question, though. In round three, you say to make a dc in a space? Not sure where that space is supposed to be? Thanks for sharing your pattern!
ReplyDeleteSorry. It means double crochet in between each fpdc of the previous round. I hope that helps clarify it. I'm glad you like the pattern. :)
DeleteI think I might make this for my nephews. Thanks for sharing your pattern!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love this pattern. Thanks so much for the clear instructions and for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteI'm using chunky yarn, do you think I should change the hook size or should it be fine?
ReplyDeletePlay around with different hooks until you get the gauge right. **Gauge: 13dc = 4"**
DeleteI love this hat!! I'm pretty new at crocheting but am excited to try this for my sons for Christmas. Thanks so much for sharing your talent!
ReplyDeleteWhat is fcdc?
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing that's an error and it should read fpdc, but I haven't tried to make this yet.
